Our returns process has changed, and for the better! If you placed an order that shipped after Sept 30th then you no longer need to schedule your return! Simply complete the returns form on the rear of your invoice and return. US customers may also use the supplied pre-paid returns shipping label.
Customers who placed orders that shipped before Sept 30th should complete the form below, to schedule a return. If you require a pre-paid returns label then please mention this in the comments field, and we will email this to you.
You may return your order (whole or in part) to us for any reason whatsoever (in original condition) within 60 days of receipt for your preference of refund, store credit or exchange (subject to availability). You can find more information about the returns/exchange process here.
