Now available in D-width!

The flappers knew how to have fun with footwear, and the Lilith vintage flapper t-strap sandals pay homage to that spirit. Made in luminous satin paired with metallic leather and rhinestones, the Lilith flapper shoes are closely based on an original celadon green and silver pair in the Shoe Icons museum. These gorgeous shoes are accurate for the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s, and offer our refined and stable 2.5 in / 6.3 cm Spanish heel paired with open d'orsay sides and an almond toe with cutouts on the vamp.

Wear Lilith vintage flapper shoes with any glamorous evening dress of the Art Deco period, from beaded frocks for wild dancing to shimmering gowns for midnight soirees.

The leather soles and well-balanced, not-too-high heel make Liliths the perfect dance shoes for all-night comfort and fun.

GREAT WIDE WIDTH COMFORT!

Not going to lie - for a long time I have *lusted* after American Duchess shoes! But figured I’d have to love them from afar due to my wide feet. Then they announced wide width options! And these shoes do not disappoint! I purchased the teal/copper option to go with my speakeasy outfit for a special event. Right out of the box, these gorgeous shoes fit like a dream! Sizing - I had been wearing size 10 wide, but went up a half size owing to some edema (swelling) I’ve been experiencing. The 2.5 inch heel is also just the right height for me - I’ve been slowly breaking them in around the house & don’t experience the foot fatigue of other high heels I’ve worn. (I typically wear a 1.5 to 2 inch heel for performances.)
