Our returns process has changed, and for the better!

Simply complete the returns form on the rear of your invoice and return. US customers may also use the pre-paid returns shipping label that was supplied with your order.

If you have misplaced your invoice and/or are a US customer that requires a replacement pre-paid returns label, then please email us at and we will get a copy out to you.

You may return your order (whole or in part) to us for any reason whatsoever (in original condition) within 60 days of receipt for your preference of refund, store credit or exchange (subject to availability). You can find more information about the returns/exchange process here.
